     PHASE 1

Complimentary call to take you through our services, fees and process.
Onsite meeting to walk around the property and discuss your brief.
We work on your project and will present you with a design proposal.

     PHASE 2

Our team budget the agreed interior design proposal.
We purchase components and manage suppliers.

     PHASE 3

The studio will follow the construction face closely.
We arrange installation.
Hang over and sign off.

DO WE OFFER REMOTE DESIGN?

Where the circumstances of a project allow, we also offer a lower cost remote design option. Under this option, the client, their architect or builder take responsibility for providing us with the full dimensions, photos and notes. We then send the client everything that they will need in order to complete the design process themselves (such as proposed layout, concepts, shopping list and suppliers etc.) As this removes the need for site visits and travel expenses, this option is more cost-effective.

WHAT ARE OUR FEES?

Unlike some other companies we do not offer pre-established packages. This is because every project and client is different and it is impossible to budget them all equally. For example, a project where the client only requires a proposed layout and concept, is very different in nature from a project where the client needs a 3D render that involves many hours of work to create examples simply in order for them to understand the initial proposal. Each project will be individually priced.

IS IT WORTH HIRING AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?

Absolutely! We can offer far more than people usually imagine. Interior design is not just about finding pretty cushions, chairs or wallpaper. We provide problem-solving skills: solutions to rooms than don’t quite function as intended, spaces that don’t transmit anything and houses that don’t feel like a proper home. We believe that homes should adapt to people, rather than people to homes. Essentially, we create bespoke homes for our clients.


DO WE HAVE A MINIMUM BUDGET TO WORK WITH?

We work within our client’s budget as much as we can. However, we specialise in full refurbishments and that usually involves rearranging bathrooms, knocking down walls, etc. so clients should bear that in mind. We will assess each project individually but on average we would be looking at a minimum spend of between £100,000 – £150,000 excluding design fees.
